Filtration accounts for 80% of your pool's water quality! 👉 The role of your filter: to recover all the impurities not retained in the skimmer and pump pre-filter. ❌ The more your filter is used, the more it clogs. ❌ As it does so, it accumulates limescale that will eventually clog up the system (sand, glass, diatoms, cartridges). ❌ The filter becomes less efficient and the discharge is weaker than normal. Descaling the filter involves removing all traces of mineral salts, limescale deposits and or sedimentation present in your filtration system. It also allows the filter to be descaled in depth.
